Centro Studi ItalyPost and L’Economia del Corriere della Sera, on the basis of data provided by Aida Bureau Van Djick, conducted research on the balance sheets of companies that, between 2018 and 2020, performed above average in the 10 most industrialised provinces (Reggio Emilia, Modena, Vicenza, Padua, Friuli Venezia-Giulia, Treviso, Bergamo, Bologna, Monza Brianza and Brescia).
The parameters of this research are based on:
- Turnover 2020: above 7 million euro
- MORE rating: ‘Balanced’ and ‘Excellent’ (B-BB-BBB-A-AA-AA)
- Average EBITDA 2020-2019-2018: 2.5% or higher
- 2020 Net Result: positive
The 1,000 companies evaluated are medium and small companies, from 4 million turnover upwards, which despite the crisis are growing, making profits and are financially sound.
