Light ferrous scrap processing plants

HMS2, which stands for Heavy Melting Steel Scrap, refers to lighter ferrous scrap, including thin-walled pipes, sheets, and mixed scrap, such as enamelled or painted steel. These materials typically come from domestic sources like household appliances, cans, and light laminates.

To prepare these materials for melting, they require further processing steps such as sorting, cleaning, and volumetric reduction. Blue Devil twin shaft Shredders are designed to facilitate these steps by effectively reducing the material volume.

Once pre-shredded, the material can be fed into a Blue Shark Hammer Mill, which further shreds and reduces the size. The Blue Sorter Separation Line, positioned downstream from the crushing process, ensures that the final output, such as proler/E40, is free of impurities. This setup also enables the enhancement and separation of nonferrous materials, including copper, aluminum, and zorba.
