An example of a perfect combination: Blue Devil, Blue Shark and Blue Sorter for Goros Recuperaciones
The company Goros Recuperaciones from Granada currently owns three Zato machines: Blue Devil, the twin-shaft shredder used as a pre-shredder, the Blue Shark hammer mill and the Blue Sorter separation lines.
See how these machines work in perfect harmony: the Blue Devil acts as the ‘guardian’ of the hammer mill by opening the scrap and reducing its volume. This ensures higher productivity and eliminates the risk of explosions from the Blue Shark, through which the volume of scrap is further reduced.
Finally, the Blue Sorter separates all input materials, which can be different: ELV (end of life vehicles) in bundles and non-bundles, light mixed scrap (white goods or white, HMS2, mixed).
The use of the Blue Devil as a pre-shredder guarantees an increase in overall productivity (+30% on average, a percentage expressed by Zato’s customers). Blue Shark and Blue Sorter together optimise the material, preparing it for a clean, contaminant-free end product!
