- Stand-Alone use – the Hoffmann Schrott case: The adoption of the Blue Devil twin-shaft shredder proved to be a winning strategic choice for Hoffmann Schrott, the family-run business in Germersheim led by Patrick Hoffmann. The introduction of the machine in stand-alone mode has generated tangible and immediate benefits, optimising material preparation for the subsequent stages of the process. By reducing particle size, the shredder enables a higher material density, with a direct positive impact on both transport costs and storage and post-treatment expenses.
- In-line use – the Alfa Recycling case study: Positioned as a pre-shredder upstream of the hammer mill, the Blue Devil has enabled the Munich-based company to increase productivity by 30–40%, reduce power consumption peaks and drastically cut down on machine downtime.
